Marcia is a senior practitioner in family law dealing with the most serious child protection cases. She is also Head of the Animal Welfare Group and has a particular interest in the link between animal abuse, domestic abuse and coercive and controlling behaviour. Drawing on almost 35  years’ experience at the Family Bar, she explores how the law can better protect animal as well as human welfare and is a member of the UK Centre for Animal Law.
