Will you speak at my event?

We’re have a range of experts who are happy to speak at a variety of events. Please just get in touch with details and we’ll do our best to arrange this for you. Please note that we’re all volunteers, so unfortunately, it’s not always possible to fulfil every request.

How can I volunteer for The Links Group?

It’s great to hear that you’d like to get involved! Please get in touch with us via our contact form  let us know a bit about your skills, experience and how you would like to get involved, and we’ll be in touch. We’d also suggest you enroling and following us on our social channels, so you can hear about opportunities directly. Please note that we’re all volunteers, so there may be a short delay in replying, but please do bear with us!

How can I change our logo on your website?

Just send a copy of your new logo in either a .jpg or .png format to our webmaster at thelinksgroup@simplinkmanagedservices.co.uk for action.

We have rebranded, what do we need to do?

Just visit our ‘Contact Us‘ page and select Webmaster in the dropdown and we will be back in touch usually by phone to discuss the matter further.

Does the Links Group store my card details?

Our payment gateway functions exactly like other e-commerce platforms where we store no credit card payment details in our system. In fact, the credit card details never touch our platform and are passed directly to the payment gateway in an encrypted session.

How can I cancel a regular donation?

To cancel a donation or subscription, please send us an email wih your contact detiails. Do not include any card numbers!

Who is your card payment processor?

How do I notify a change of address?

Please email us at info@thelinksgroup.org.uk with your name, your old address, and your new address (including the postcodes). Please include any supporter or reference number if available to help us quickly make the changes.

How can I update my card payment details?

All payments are managed through Stripe.

We do not have the ability to see or change any card details. This is handled through the Stripe Portal when making a donation.
